Born and raised in Toronto, I attended The University of Toronto
studying economics and political science. I met my future
wife, Sandy at university and we travelled extensively through
Europe, Africa, Asia, India, Australia, the South Pacific,
China, Mexico and Central America forming a bond that endures
today.
We arrived
in Victoria in 1992 where I furthered my studies in Urban
Land Economics through UBC and earned my Real Estate license
in December of that year. I began a building and land development
business in 1996 and enjoy many aspects of home building including
exterior and interior design. I am strongly interested in
urban design as it relates to effective land use and the control
of urban sprawl by making the best use of our existing municipal
infrastructure.
As an
owner of revenue property myself, I am familiar with all aspects
of owning and operating Real Estate as an investment and share
this knowledge with my clients.
My interests
include cooking, travel, hiking, photography, skiing and tennis.
I enjoy time with my family and we are involved with Montessori
schooling, children’s gymnastics, swimming and music.
